Meals That Heal
Our Meals That Heal Program provides a much-needed support service to families taking care of their sick children, who often don’t have the time, funds, or energy to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal.

After a long day at the hospital, a hot meal is a welcome gift. That need has only increased during the pandemic.

However, to reduce the risk of potential exposure for our families, we are only accepting catered meal donations at this time.

Through our Meals That Heal Program, you can provide a warm meal for families at our Houses and Family Room without ever leaving your home. You are also supporting local businesses during this very challenging time.

Just contact any of the restaurants below or the catering service of your choice, place an order, and have it delivered to the Ronald McDonald House on the date provided to you by the Volunteer Services Coordinator.

Can’t provide a whole meal? No problem! You can make a donation to our Meals That Heal Program, and we’ll coordinate the rest.

More About Meals That Heal

Our goal is to provide meals every day to the families who rely on us.  You can choose to provide dinner or weekend brunch.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone can help! Families, friends, university and high school student groups, businesses, churches, and civic organizations can donate or sign-up to provide catered meals for our families.

How Does it Work?

Your donation helps ensure that our families have access to nutritious meals each and every day, including pantry items, grab and go meals, snacks, and most importantly, dinners.

Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities qualifies as a 501(c)(3) and therefore contributions may be tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. Please consult with your tax advisor.

Restaurant Partners

On evenings when a meal is not prepared, your donations fill in the gaps. Store bought frozen casseroles, pot pies, boxed meals, and the like, are greatly appreciated.
