“Seeing the families here eat and enjoy the meals we make and show appreciation for it feels great,” says Chef Cory Pagan, who joined the Atlanta RMHC team as assistant culinary manager for the Ronald McDonald House near Scottish Rite.

Born and raised in Miami, Chef Cory found his passion for culinary arts. After studying at Johnson & Wales University, he ventured into various kitchen roles, most recently as . a shift lead and cook at Holbrook of Decatur Assisted Living.

“This was a great opportunity to work and learn from Chef Jeff and elevate my career as until now in a leadership role,” Chef Cory says. “I love seeing the impact I can have by cooking for families at the Houses.”

Outside of the kitchen, Cory enjoys spending his free time playing video games and occasional trips back to Florida for Renaissance festivals and Halloween Horror Nights.
