16 Jun For A Day Hosts a Carnival

On Thursday, June 4, our friends from For A Day, an organization focused on creating unforgettable experiences for children in need, hosted a carnival event for the families at our House. The For A Day volunteers acted as the carnival crew by organizing multiple booths with different interactive games featuring fun prizes such as toy cars and stuffed animals. For A Day made sure each child won at least one prize, which brought smiles to everyone!

The Tassin family is staying in our transplant unit while their daughter, Marianna, recovers from a transplant. They were overwhelmed with gratitude and mentioned that Marianna was the most energetic at the carnival than she has been in months!

We are so thankful for all of the volunteers from For A Day. They are making a huge difference for the families of our House!
