TOGETHER: 2018 Annual Report

2018 Annual Report Cover

Speak to any family member who’s been touched by the love and support of Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, and you’ll hear the gratitude.

“We are so grateful.”
“I can’t thank them enough.”
“It meant everything to our family.”

At the heart of it all is the comfort that comes from BEING TOGETHER — parents being with their sick children. Children being with their parents, with their siblings. Sisters and brothers laughing with other sisters and brothers. Moms and dads sharing burdens with one another.

Since 1979, Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities has helped more than 56,000 families
stay together, connect with other families, and encourage one another within a community of
those who care. It’s that spirit of community we celebrate in these pages.

From our two Ronald McDonald Houses to the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, Ronald McDonald Family Room at Scottish Rite, and Chief Happiness Officer Betty Lou, the Golden Retriever, our services have grown because of a community of compassionate individuals like you who consistently and generously give their time and resources.

In doing so, you ensure the good work of KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER not only continues but thrives.

We invite you to join us as we look at the beauty of TOGETHER, recognizing how a simple mission can
have profound impact on all the lives it touches
and inspire a future full of promise — one with more families kept close and more joy celebrated.
