Meet Akeyla Charleston, Atlanta RMHC’s first Director of Human Resources. A graduate of Spelman College, Akeyla brings a wealth of experience from her time as a Senior HR Business Partner at Ontrac.

The Atlanta native enjoys adventurous hikes and hitting the gym for a good workout when she is not in the office.

“The opportunity for a fresh challenge, and Atlanta RMHC’s community involvement and commitment to serving families,” drew Akeyla to the new position.

She is dedicated to identifying and implementing new processes to improve overall HR efficiency at the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities.
