Atlanta RMHC, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and area McDonald’s are teaming up to provide Immunizations, Ear, Eye, Dental Screenings and Asthma Screenings to Uninsured and Medicaid-eligible kids and teens, ages 4 and up at the McDonald’s at 5192 Jonesboro Road in Lake City.

Insurance is not required. A parent or guardian must be present and have a valid ID. Social distancing will be in effect to ensure the safety of families and staff.
