Johnathan Cooper Angelini was a special boy, extremely brave, and a true fighter! Johnathan overcame many obstacles during his life. His energy and positivity during his nearly 10-year fight with Short Bowel Syndrome, an Intestinal transplant at age 3, the constant medication, and the numerous visits to the doctor, spoke volumes to the type of person he was. He had a heart of GOLD and could make you laugh without even trying. He was brilliant, kind, beautiful, and pure.
Our family’s first real introduction to Ronald McDonald House Charities was in D.C. during Johnathan’s many visits to Georgetown University Hospital. The House was so warm and welcoming during a very tough time. We are so thankful and fortunate to have experienced the offerings of this wonderful organization.
Johnathan passed away in January 2023, and what better way to honor him and his memory than by working toward a sponsorship of a room at Atlanta Ronald McDonald House to be a tribute in his name. We are thankful for the love and joy Johnathan brought to our lives and we thank you and appreciate any contribution received. We miss our boy everyday!
