Little boy dressed as super hero

Our House Heroes

You can be one of the heroes who provide a welcoming home to weary families in need of life-saving care for their sick children. One hundred percent of each dollar of the House Heroes program directly helps keep families close when they need one another most.

It’s easy and convenient. Each month, your credit card will be processed for your determined amount. Automatic giving alleviates the hassle of mailing checks or giving numerous gifts online

It’s flexible. You can change your recurring donation at any time. You can change the amount, your credit card, or to end your recurring gift whenever you wish.

It’s green. Instead of sending a tax receipt for each gift, you will receive a letter expressing our gratitude and acknowledging that your recurring donation has been set up and a statement at the end of each calendar year detailing your giving for tax purposes.

Your dollar goes where it is needed most – to support the families of hospitalized children.

Why should I join House Heroes?

Monthly donations are like a security blanket for the Houses — helping us ensure we have enough funding each month to support the families staying in our 81 bedrooms.

When is my credit card processed?

Your credit card is processed on the day you sign up and that day in each subsequent month.

For those who signed up prior to April 15, 2022, your card is processed on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, your card will be processed on the first business day following.

How do I change my credit card on file?

Contact Erin Maicon at 470.312.2491.

My credit card wasn’t charged as usual, what happened?

If you recently received a new or updated credit card with a new expiration date or other updates, we may not have been able to process your card. Contact Erin Maicon at 470.312.2491 to update your information.

Is my information secure?

We take security seriously. Visit our Accountability & Transparency page to learn more. If you have additional questions, contact Erin Maicon at 470.312.2491.

Why do I only receive one statement at the end of the year?

Only sending one statement per year drastically cuts down on paper and processing fees for the Houses. Plus, it provides one document detailing your support for tax purposes. If you require more frequent statements, contact Erin Maicon at 470.312.2491.
