Faced with a child’s illness, life can stop overnight and parents enter a world of fear and worry. For parents who don’t live close to the medical care their child needs, there’s an added stress — distance. Most families have to travel hours for treatment. Living expenses quickly add up. Long drives, lost jobs, worried siblings, sleeping in cars, being far from family and friends. These are extra burdens no family should have to experience.

Thankfully, Atlanta RMHC is able to help when it’s needed most. They keep families with sick children near to each other and the medical care and resources they need.

Brandon Adams was a business administration major and rising senior football student-athlete. He was a star on and off the field who had a special place in his heart for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. He loved to visit the sick children staying at the Peachtree Dunwoody House where his big heart and smile constantly put the children and their families in a bright place during their time of need. He unexpectedly passed away almost three years ago (March 23, 2019) and we would love to name the Game Room for him as he shared many special memories with families there.

So, help me raise funds for Atlanta RMHC in honor of Brandon Adams and keep families together by donating today! Thank you for your support! Together we can make a difference.
