Our new Meals That Heal Program provides meals to families taking care of their sick children who often don’t have the time, funds, or energy to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal.

“Throughout the pandemic, our meal program has become even more crucial to the well-being of our families,” says Ansley Wetherington, Volunteer and Program Services Coordinator, for our Ronald McDonald House near Egleston.

Our goal is to have meals provided every day to the families who rely on us. You can choose to provide dinner or weekend brunch. Through our Meals That Heal Program, you can provide a warm meal for all the families at our Houses or our Ronald McDonald Family Room while supporting local businesses during this challenging time.

“Sponsored meals not only keep our medically fragile families fed, but they protect them from possible contact with the virus,” says Aleea Bishop, Volunteer and Program Services Coordinator at our House near Scottish Rite.

Can’t provide a whole meal? No problem! You can donate to our Meals that Heal Program, and we’ll coordinate the rest. It’s that easy to make a difference.

“Meals that Heal keep our families safe in our Houses and Family Room, while keeping their bellies and hearts full,” says Jamesse Webb, Family Room Coordinator.

Your donation will help us cover meal costs and ensure that our families have access to nutritious meals each and every day, including pantry items, grab and go meals, snacks, and most importantly, dinners. After a long day at the hospital or clinic, a prepared meal or pantry full of snacks is a welcome gift.
